The 7 Foodie questions (reupload)
1. I will, at least try, to photograph what i once ate all the time back when i was on the heavy side of the Body Mass Scale. I was young and foolish okay... >->
It is known as the British Faggot (the name isn't so acceptable in the States but thats okay because I call it a Ducky.)

2. The 'Ducky' was of course common poor man food as its made of cut offs from pork. It originated in, well England, but mainly along the west like Bistol.
3.When ever I ate it it was usually just dinner time but it is great for first course meals at dinner parties as they are served in small quantities.
4.I didn't have much dinner parties so I wouldn't really know much except for the fact that strangers come, eat your food, get intoxicated, spill some secret about their marriage, then leave a little more ashamed than when they first came in. (v-v)
5. My mother usually made this for me but she learned it from my father's mother, my grandmother. My mom, coming from Spanish descent, had no idea what a 'Ducky' was until my grandmother showed her and taught her the recipe. I fell in love with it for some reason despite the ingredients (you'll see), so my mother keep it.
>>>>
6.Okay, the ingredients are a bit... off putting, but remember, POOR MAN"S FOOD!!
1 pound of pig liver
heart
lungs (diced)
1 pound of pork belly

That's the meat part but the veggies are a bit better.
onions
bay leaves
garlic cloves
Thyme branch (or whatever)
sage leaves
On the sides one would usually have mashed potatoes and green peas/ string beans.
7.The dish was created with the discarded parts of the pig such as the heart, lungs, liver because it was mainly cheap. Not only was it cheap but also quite nutritious as these organs where rich in iron, protein. and blood. Brimingham and The Midland are considered the home of the 'Ducky' but today it is common all around England, in fact all of the U.K.

Food knowledge/ what i had over the weekend (reupload)
Food is relatively universal in culture and everyday life. Aside from this note, food eaten on a daily can be used to discover the personality of one very easily as opposed to cultural and occasional foods.
Someone who eats fast food every day, all day can be seen as unhealthy and/or someone who just doesn't care anymore. Maybe that person has decided it is the end days for themselves or that one has just married. Either way food = pretty good.

The photo above is a blueberry cream cheese spread. I think it is the same as the cream cheese used in bagels, but if not then I have been using it wrong. >->
I made a bagel with thin wheat bread bagel slices. There is no photo of the bagel because it ended up in my stomach a rather quickly.
